Ken Quast Model Maker

Built for Electromotive in LaGrange, IL. These models were first drawn in 3-D as a surface model using supplied undimensioned drawings and some reference photographs. Patterns were then CNC machined from Renshape tooling board. Rubber molds were made and four sets of castings of each part were poured. Follow through the photographs for the complete process.
